Join us in wishing a Happy 70th to Hemmings!

This exciting event will celebrate Hemmings' 70th anniversary while benefiting The Hometown Foundation on Sunday, October 27, at the Farmington Polo Grounds in Farmington, Connecticut.

Founded in 1954, Hemmings is the world’s largest collector car marketplace, with the purpose to grow and uplift the collector car community; Hemmings has been part of it since the start of it.

You’ve likely enjoyed Hemmings content and maybe even use the new Hemmings app.

What better way to applaud the success of Hemmings and how it has benefitted the car community than to splash out on a fabulous car show?  This event will include 10 vehicle categories judged by some of the most knowledgeable men and women in the automotive arena.  Wayne Carini will be acting as both judge and grand marshal.  Skip Barber is our special honoree.

As they say on TV, but wait, there’s more!  The Farmington Polo Grounds is spacious enough that we can also offer a Super Car Display and exhibit the Connecticut Drag Racing Association Vintage Race Cars as well as displays of Arisco Farms Vintage Tractors, Connecticut-Built Cars presented by the Klingberg Foundation, and special exhibits from our local car dealers.

The Hometown Foundation supports animal welfare, emergency response personnel, military, major illness/those in need, and individuals with intellectuals or developmental disabilities.  As such, a pet rescue exhibition will be at the concours.

Food trucks will offer a scrumptious variety to tantalize your taste buds and an array of beverages (including a bar trailer) will make this the perfect way to spend a fall day with family or your car buddies.
